"staff were exceptional from the front desk to cleaners and waiting staff but the rooms are in need of a total refurbishment but the bed was very comfortable."

"This is only a 2 star hotel but in a great location. It's clean and quiet and very close to the port and beaches, Staff are nice but we were told by the night staff guy that the hotel only provides one glass per room even if you've booked a double room. Rooms have a kettle and a fridge which is nice. Luggage storage is available but no restaurant or breakfast."
