"The property has a great advantage in its location. Fantastic views and secluded position. A great place to enjoy a private vacation with family and friends. Close to national parks, beaches, and waterfalls! The house needs significant improvement at this point. It would really benefit from improving/upgrading the air conditioning system and removing/replacing some old (and smelly) furniture inside and outside the house. Having an outdoor dining table would be a plus. The sliding doors are malfunctioning and falling apart. The location is good, the view is great, but if you constantly smell strong and unpleasant odors inside the house and hear the noise of the old air conditioner and fan, your enthusiasm dramatically declines... Also, having a clear map (not just a bunch of photos with confusing handwritten arrows) of the roads leading to the property would really improve the service experience and help future customers."

"The house was as expected and suited our needs perfectly for our visit. The host was great and was very accommodating to check us in even though we arrived later than expected. I would stay again if visiting the area."

"Our family of six stayed here for three nights while we explored the national parks and beaches near Manuel Antonio. The home was very comfortable and quite large, with two bedrooms upstairs with sleeping for five and the primary bedroom downstairs. The pool was a welcome respite to cool off after after hiking. We had an SUV so we had no trouble getting to the place, but as others have mentioned it is pretty secluded and you need to drive along a dirt road and up some hills to get to the home. Brian was very helpful and responsive, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall we had a great time here."

"Casa Colibri was the perfect setting for our group vacation to Quepos. The home, casitas, pool and grounds were pristine. Truly like being at our own private resort. The cleaning service was amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The concierge team was so helpful helping us book and plan excursions for our group of 14. We were greeted by the concierge on arrival to go over all the ins and outs of the home and casitas making the check in process easy. We enjoyed afternoons at the pool watching the monkeys, McCaws and iguanas right in the yard. Couldn’t have picked a better home for our group. Highly recommend for any group wanting to visit Quepos.
