"Everything was excellent!! We loved it! Room service was the BEST so fast and so good! The concierge Hussein went above and beyond for us. We couldn't find him when we were leaving to thank him personallywe had a terrible experience unfortunately with the people that were putting together the excursions and we’re offering free excursions in exchange change for having us attend a presentation. Our backs went out during the trip.
