We stayed at the Tesoro in Cabo for 11 days. The property is a little older but in very good shape. This location is fabulous with great views of the marina. Most restaurants and shops are located within walking distance.

If you are Sharing a room with other people there is no privacy from the bathroom. Do not bother getting a partial ocean view, definitely not worth it. The staff are not friendly. We moved resorts.
