"The host gave clear directions on how to enter the house, we were appreciative of the two jugs of water and a bag of ice in the freezer. The location was great as far as being close to restaurants, and only a block from the beach. Lots of hot water nice fluffy towels for the bathroom as well as beach towels. And the host was very quick to respond to maintenance items that did arise. "

"The location of this Condo was ideal! From your east facing doors, you could watch the sun rise over the water or step outside for an unobstructed view on an expansive patio with cushioned lounge chairs. I chose the latter with my coffee cup in hand. Dick was very responsive to all of our needs and questions both before and during our stay. Having a condo rather than a hotel is far superior in my opinion. The extra space and amenities (full kitchen and 2 bathrooms) are all a big bonus! We would definitely stay here again if it was available. "

"The location and ocean view were great. Those were the positives. The negatives were the air conditioner does not work so it gets too warm in the unit, especially for sleeping. There was also a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom that caused horrible smells. "
