"I like the design of the cabins but the a/c cannot handle the heat of the weather. There are lots of flies in the dining area. We cannot really enjoy the food because of it. The food was not spectacular and not commensurate with the price. There is also not much to see with the price tag. All activities are additional costs. Staff are all nice but I have noticed that after they served the food they just went missing."

"Big rooms , clean and amazing staff"

"It was a terrible experience for us. We checked in at 1700, was told the room was not ready yet, checked in is supposedly 1500. We waited for few minutes was told the room is ready. We get to our room, it’s hot. The AC is supposed to be on already, we went for dinner came back the room is still hot. I called downstairs at 1800 the front desk said they will send someone up. Engineering came he checked out the AC and said they will change the filter since it’s dirty. Wait for 30 min maybe it will get cold. Waited same temperature. Called downstairs about 3-4 times was told they’re working on it. It’s now 1930 and we’re exhausted. Finally got the energy to go downstairs in the lobby to talk to Mike (supervisor), was told again the room is almost ready and he will personally check the room himself if it’s clean. After few minutes the room is finally ready. For future guests, I think that they should check AC filter in a regular basis, make sure the AC is working especially for their guests and prompt response for complaints. Breakfast was good in the other hand. Morning supervisor was apologetic with our experience. I didn’t get his name."

"Everything is perfect .but the washroom that i stayed in is not that clean so i gave 4/5 . I saw insect on the shower area the toilet has some dirt . And the glass door of shower not cleaned properly.. the smell of the room is good the room is clean and tidy.. staffs are nice and breakfast is good"

"The stay is satisfactory. Pros: price is low, location is correct, towels are provided. Have mini fridge, microwave and kettle as well as 4 plates, 2 glass and 2 mugs. Location is near to other establishments so can stay somewhere else the entire day. Cons: Communication can be improved especially in check-in process. Paid parking if needed. No wifi in property, no toiletries, no drinking water. Overall stay is ok. Managed expectation as to cost and asked host ahead of time what to expect so we can prepare and bring our personal necessities beforehand."
