"The internet is bad; it only works in the pool area. Breakfast is good but has limited options. The hotel's location is poor because the streets are terribly dirty, though it is close to the restaurant area. The room is great, with good air conditioning. The TV is very poor because it relies on the internet. The system for getting beach towels is complicated; losing one is a major issue. My grandson broke the room key card, and my daughter had to pay 400 pesos—I thought that was outrageous."
