Perfect home away from home
We had a great stay. This place had all the amenities we needed and it felt super homey. The owner came over right away when we couldn’t get the TV to work and would check in to see if we needed anything. It’s in a great part of town too!

Visiting son who lives in LA. Great location, lots of dining/evening options in walking distance. Short walk to beach. Management was very helpful and communication was great and easy. Will stay here again on next visit.

Great place
We rented this "beach pad" for a week during the holidays to visit with our nearby family. Though not large, the place is efficient, very well stocked, clean and well located. It fit the bill nicely for the two of us. It is close to shopping and the beach. On-street parking was OK (though tricky at times due to street cleaning, and posted no parking zones.) The location is convenient, if a bit close to the somewhat noisy PCH main thoroughfare. The owner was very responsive requests we had. We would hope to rent it again.

Great spot in Redondo Beach
We stayed at Bic's property for three nights. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Amazing location close to food, coffee, beach, parking. Bic was so responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this VRBO and the owner. We will be back.

Great Location
What a great location! 2 blocks from the beach and close to great restaurants and shopping in the Riviera. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed meals in. The home is very clean and beautiful. Everything you need is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom toiletries linen, and towels (including beach towels). Access to the beach chairs, boards and bikes was great for our days at the beach. We had a very nice stay and hope to be back again!

This was a really great place. I wish I hadn't brought so much of my own items like beach stuff because the owners have thought of everything! Really, just pack light, use all of the amenities that the owners provide and ENJOY!

Perfect in every way
I can’t say enough about this property and my stay. I have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been my favorite. Great location to beach, restaurants, shops. Kitchen is perfectly stocked, unit is updated and tastefully decorated. Every detail is thought of and more! I highly recommend!! Bed is extremely comfortable, towels so soft. Bathrobes, laundry. Communication with host was amazing. Instructions perfectly explained. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful property! Great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and shops in riviera village. Updated property with everything we needed. Check in and check out couldn’t be easier. We arrived and left without having to do anything. Owner was available if we needed anything, although we didn’t. Hope to stay here again when I come back to visit my daughter.

STUNNING!!!
Just...wow! If you are comparing vacation rentals let me save you some time - BOOK THIS! Location was perfect - one block from the beach, literally walking distance to everything you need and tons of restaurants. Condo was perfect for 4 of us. Stocked with EVERYTHING - minor appliances, towels, toiletries. We did not end up using beach toys, just one chair - but there were many available in almost new condition. Immaculate inside - bed and couch were very comfortable. A/C worked great. Never had trouble finding on street parking. Hope to return someday - thank you, Bic!

40th birthday beach trip
The property was very clean and bright and welcoming! It had everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach trip. It’s what I would call a plug & play property. Just show up and enjoy! We enjoyed local food, a movie night on a great quality TV, cooked a nice dinner, walked to Redondo Beach pier for churro sundays and enjoyed boogie boarding and a bike ride on the boardwalk. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend! I’ll definitely be back!

Great Location + Thoughtfully Appointed = WONDERFUL STAY!
It was truly a pleasure to stay at this property for 6 nights when we were in the area for our son's master's commencement at UCLA. We chose to stay in Redondo Beach as we're familiar with the area and wanted some South Bay time in addition to city activities. The location of the "beach pad" also provided us with an opportunity to dive a little deeper into our "reality tour" of what it might feel like to live in the beach communities (for at least the winter months). With a short walk to grocery stores, shopping & dining, and the beach - it was perfect! The apartment itself surpassed expectations! Incredibly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and equipped with anything a traveler could need. In addition to any piece of cooking equipment you could ever require, we appreciated the kitchen being stocked with water, spices & seasonings, cooking oils, and COFFEE! The appliances are of excellent quality and there's room to move. The living room sectional was surprisingly comfy to hang out on and the large TVs in both it and the bedroom, with streaming channels, were nice to have. As with the kitchen, the rest of the place contained anything one could possibly want or need as far as supplies, sundries, equipment, etc. Bic was an incredibly accessible host and all instructions for access and utilization were thorough and easy to follow. Five stars for sure!!!

Beach time
Loved this place! Everything you could need was there, boogie boards, lawn chairs, cooler. We enjoyed walking to the beach daily. The place itself was comfortable and well decorated. Will stay here again.

Great South Redondo find
The property is a really nice option within close proximity to the best of Redondo Beach--restaurants, beach, shops, etc. It is incredibly well equipped and furnished as well as impeccably clean. Definitely recommend!

Place was great! Super clean and fully stocked with everything you could need (from dishes, utensils, coffee pots, and iron to hair dryer, shampoo and cleaning supplies!) Location was perfect - walkable to breakfast/lunch/dinner spots and shopping as well as the beach! Exactly as described and Bic, the property manager, could not have been any more available. 25 min to LAX makes this a must-stay location for anyone visiting the area!

Perfect place and location
This place was terrific. It was super clean (so important to us), had many amenities including laundry, kitchen utensils, and beach chairs. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks, and grocery across the street. It is a beautiful spot inside and outside. We appreciated the attention to detail (M&M's, soaps, beach towels, french press, cookware). It was hands down the best place we have ever stayed. Thank you Bic!

Nice Unit in an Excellent Location
Clean, nicely updated and decorated apartment. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Excellent linens in the bedroom and bath. Comfortable living room area. Host's have really done a good thoughtful job in setting up this unit. Parking is easy. Restaurants and stores are a short walk away. Nice short walk to the ocean as well. Also bikes and nice beach chairs.

A Perfect Getaway

Beautiful , well appointed apartment with a few quirks
The apartment had a great location . Neighbors were friendly. The kitchen was amazing. Everything you might need for food prep. Only problem we had was getting reliable heat in the LR in the morning. System did not always work even after reviewing instructions. TV system in BR was impossible. Ended up watching Late Show reruns since we couldn’t access anything more current.

Cozy Stay in Redando Beach
I stayed at this property in December 2020 while visiting friends for the holidays. This is a fantastic property!. The unit is very well decorated and equipped with everything you would possibly need. It is very close to the beach and walkable to Hollywood Rivera shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you would need. I did not have a car and even if I did, would have never used it. I walked or biked everywhere. Nice bikes are provided. The unit was super clean and the owner/property manager was extremely responsive to all texts and inquires, and also very helpful with farmers market information and other suggestions. This will be my "go-to" place when I am in the area again. I will definitely be back!

Wir werden das Appartement während unseres USA Aufenthalts 2 mal nutzen. Wir waren begeistert von der Ausstattung und der Lage. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Appartement und kann sofort alle Annehmlichkeiten genießen. Die Fahrräder haben uns bis nach Venice Beach gebracht. Wenn wir nun bald von unserem Road-Trip nach LA zurück kommen freuen wir uns darauf nochmal ein paar erholsame Tage in diesem schönen Appartement zu verbringen.
