Why not spend Covid Winter in sunny Southern California where outdoor dining is year round? This 1920's Spanish style duplex in vibrant "Picfair Village" is centrally located in the heart of mid-City Los Angles, and boasts many shops and restaurants that are within walking distance. The two bedroom, two story unit is one half of a side by side duplex - each with its own address and entrances. The owner lives in the second unit, so you will have easy access to information regarding the property and surrounding neighborhood. The two large bedrooms can easily accommodate a family of five (or more if you're really cozy). The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed, along with a full size sleeper sofa
