Such a great place for our mini staycation. We wanted to experience studio living and this spot gave us just that. The location in the city is really lively and walking distance from a lot of cafes and good eateries. This had everything we could have asked for: a super clean space with character, friendly staff, and easy access to and from our building. Parking is not included but there are several parking lots and garages nearby that have overnight parking. We will definitely be coming back again!

I spent 2 nights at this facility and it was pleasurable. Location is good. The rooms are spacious and everything was clean. My room had a washer and a dryer. It’s also had an oven, a coffee maker, a full sized fridge and a storage unit where you can put your food if you want to cook there. It also has a cooktop so it was like home away from home experience for me. I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside craftsman. Next time I’m in LA I’ll definitely be staying. Thank you for a good service Rent and thank you to Marco for all his help.

Excellent hotel, well located with everything you need within a short distance. It has a large refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen, including pots and utensils for cooking and eating. There’s also an electric dishwasher with dish soap provided, and a washer and dryer inside the room with laundry detergent included (pack light so your luggage weighs less!). The microwave is available upon request.

Everything is perfect. They replaced our towels the next day. And arranged our bed. They didn’t touch our personal stuff which is good! I wish they have microwave though. But overall it was great! Clean and cozy room

Beautiful room with safe, keyless access. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early for a small fee, and we could store our luggage with the front desk while we explored the city before our flight out. Cars in the street can be noisy at night, understandable why the hotel provided earplugs. Our oven also didn't work. Overall, still a great location at a reasonable price.

Amazing place to stay. Clean, secure, friendly staff, and relatively little outside noise on the higher floors. One thing I’d improve is the code based access to the apartment. The keypad for my room sometimes misread the code I entered, so it was occasionally a challenge to get it right. Other than that, it was above and beyond experience

Property was great, staff was delightful and had recommendations for local shops. Room was very spacious and had laundry, dishwasher, iron, stove, microwave, and all the other essentials. Basically only real complaint was some of the lights didn't turn on and some sinks only had cold water but brand new hotel, work in progress, didn't damper the experience at all. Strongly recommend, very pleasant stay!

We love the spacious clean room. The rooms have a full kitchen. With coffee maker, electric water kettle, utensils, plates, cups. Dining table, sleeper couch, King bed and they have washer and dryer for those who are staying longer. The staffs are amazing. They have security by the door and he is really very nice and helpful, same with the receptionist. The location is not really what I expected. But there’s a shake shack, Paris Baguette and Whole Foods 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Con’s: The hotel doesn’t have their own parking. There’s a small not covered public parking behind the hotel but I would not recommend parking there. It was tight, it’s hard to go in and out the parking. We witnessed twice, parked cars were damaged by the other drivers who were trying to park and they didn’t even care. There’s a lot of public parking walking distance near by. Don’t expect any amenities. There’s only a front desk/receptionist. All in all It’s a very nice hotel. I would recommend it if you don’t use/need hotel amenities and use Uber to go around.
