Great Location.
This property was right by the beach which was nice. A short walk from the Santa Monica Pierre. The area seemed safe as we were able to walk around. This is an older apartment building unit that was fixed up. The couches were super uncomfortable as well as the kitchen tables and chairs. Beds were fine as they were comfortable. The door to the building is secure. You need a fob to get into the building. We had no issues.
