✔ No Pets Allowed – Unfortunately, the home is not suitable for pets.
✔ No Parties or Events – Please respect the home to keep it in excellent condition for all guests.

★ IMPORTANT NOTICE (STRICTLY ENFORCED) ★

To maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning property, the following penalties apply:

★ No Smoking or Vaping – $1,000 fine
★ Lost/Damaged AC/TV Remote – $100 fine per remote

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a clean, safe, and high-quality stay for all guests.
1. No additional guests not mentioned in the reservation. Unaccounted guests will be charged $50 per person per night.
2. No parties, loud noise or music (at any hour). Guests having a party will be charged a $1000 fine and removed from the property with no refund.
3. Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere else besides the patio.
4. Board Games must be neatly stowed away after use. Will incur $100 fine if board games are not kept reasonably tidy.
5. All TV and/or AC remotes must be stowed in respective remote holders. Any missing TV remote will incur a $100 fine per remote.
6. The owner and host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests’ use/ occupancy of the premises.
