Horrible experience

Terrible experience. When we arrived it was occupied by someone else, who told us they had a long term rental. We called the manager, left messages, texted, all with no reply to any of it. We contacted VRBO twice and no help. We feel we were scammed and cancelled our credit card. We made a fraudulent claim on our credit card because we received no service for the money we spent!! We were also given the wrong door code and walked in on another family in a different apt.
