***PLEASE read rules/policies and all listing details carefully before booking.

-If you enjoy taking a break outdoors, there is plenty of space on the private yard--a very special place for enjoying tranquility! Beautiful villa for a relaxing getaway. This gated home is the perfect place that offers you comfort and privacy for your stay.

***Important***
-NO parties or gatherings allowed. You will be charged for violation of rules and your money will NOT be refunded.

***Max of 2 people per each room is allowed as per the city regulations. If more than 10 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/gathering and we will charge a fine that night.

-We charge $250 per day if you would like to heat the pool!

-At 9pm, please shut off any outdoor music We respect our neighbors!

***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE by the designated area
Guests acknowledge the premises are designated as smoke-free INSIDE of the property and agree not to smoke INSIDE the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, any other substance and/or vaping chemicals. In any case a guest smokes/vapes on the premises, guest agrees to pay a penalty fee for violation

The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The backyard and pool area were incredible, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We really enjoyed spending time outside and loved the overall design and layout of the home.That said, there were a few issues that took away from the experience. When we arrived, the floors and tables were noticeably dirty, and several basic items were missing (like paper towels, trash cans in the bathrooms, and enough plates). The shower in the primary bathroom also didn’t drain well, which made it a bit inconvenient.If those small cleanliness and maintenance items were addressed, this would easily be a 5-star stay, as the home and location truly have so much potential!
