Central location with easy highway access, close to Universal Studios and local spots. Street parking available.

Other Things to Note:
*There are limited parking spaces available for small compact cars, small SUVs, small pickup trucks, and Mid-Sized Minivans.
It is first come first serve, one parking space for each of the five private townhouses
 (parking spaces are NOT assigned). There are 2 guest parking spaces and a handicap space available.

*Animals are not permitted on the property.
Bringing pets will result in a $250 penalty.

*Smoking is NOT permitted. A penalty of $250 will be charged for smoking inside the unit. However, you can smoke on the balcony with a closed door.
