You will enjoy this brand new construction home in the heart of bustling Culver City. Boasting over 2500 square feet, a beautiful outdoor garden/private backyard, in a quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets and a 90+ walk score.
On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom with a walk-in closet, plus a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs you’ll find three secondary bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and tub, and a laundry room with a sink. Upstairs you’ll also find the luxurious grand suite, featuring a spa-like bath with dual-sink vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Easy walk to Equinox, LA Fitness, and the neighborhood park, which is packed with activities for everyone - pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and much more.
