Great customer service , the receptionist went out his way to accommodate our early check in time . Although we still had to hang around til 2pm he allowed us to wait on the property around pool area which was great.

The mattresses and bedding were covered in stains, it had a strong smell of cleaning products/air freshener. Rooms were small and dark. People smoking outside their doors despite non smoking property. We were unhappy with our room, so they showed us a second one which was no better. They were understanding and gave us a refund and we went and stayed elsewhere.

ROACHES! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!wow cn't post pics!
I paid 40$cash4early check in cuz i had2use the bathroom immediately...as soon as i went to the toilet a roach crawled by my foot!!So disgusted!!!Immediately smashed it..took a pic..called hotels.com2report it they called the hotel, w/in2min while i was still on the phn w/hotels.com the mngr came2my room&was angry that i didn't go2him1st w/the issue.He acted as if he was surprised of the insect problem.I politely even said the place might not be invested&i completely understand w/ppl traveling it could be a random bug but i can't risk taking them home w/me as well as i wouldnt feel comfortable sleeping w/them in the establishment!He ordered the maid2clean the room again but was saying we already used it!We wanted2see what else was dirty so we pulled the sheets off the bed down&to our surprise there was a yellow stain on the sheet.I was 100%disgusted&refused2stay another min.We weren't there4more than 20 min due2getting2get a refund WHICH UPSETTINGLY was denied.Yet our friends who were checking in next2us made their call2get a refund&since our notes were in the system they received theirs immediately!I was very upset cuz as i called hotels.com4now5x w/in2months they keep saying the hotel is either not available or doesn't answer the phone on file..therefore they are unable2refund me $260!!!!I have gone above n beyond in waiting for my money but since i see I'm not getting it....i will post the pics!clearly there floor&there counter!even against health code unable to get refund

Property is located on a small lot, limited parking. Rooms are filthy, looks nothing like online photos. Two queens are actually doubles, entire room has a 10' TV. Very disappointed. Checked in late night and left a few hours later. I was relieved I didn't choose this hotel for a long stay. Will not be staying again!! Filthy with an 80s Vibe. Really Wish I Could Get My Money Back!!! 😞😞😞

The room was nasty. Looked like they didn't try to clean at all. Bath tub had black on the bottom of it. Had to scrub it before using it. Headboard had what looked like gum and hair stuck too it. No where to put your clothes at all .or hang them up. We were told room service comes around between 9am an 3pm. Only seen them once that becuse we had to ask for fresh towels. The manager told us we couldn't leave our car their. If we left the car had to leave with us. Even though we are staying there. Making it every difficult for us to have any fun. Only one of us can drink and the other couldn't because they had to drive. Definitely didn't care about any of this when we said something. It was the minimum of that you can ask for

Hairy situation
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The sheets were stained and there was long black strands of hair on the flat sheets. The shower floor had black marks on it. Thankfully I brought some shower shoes and and extra blanket. They both came in handy on this trip.

The service and the guy that helped us in front were great! No complaints there. But the hotel room itself, was not too great. There were multiple roaches in the room, as well as yellow stains on the sheets. Did not feel clean and I felt very uncomfortable to sleep knowing the sheets weren’t clean.

1. wifi is very weak, not always connected; the signal of mobile phone is weak to get connected to the internet. 2. Lots of noise made by motors, water pump and unknow electric machines.

Basic hotel, room was very clean, not located in the best area but did not feel unsafe. Some street noise and noise from airplanes coming and going from LAX. Outside lights made room not as dark as I’d like.

Good motel, bad area.
The motel is clean and room very nice and neat. However, the area of town this motel (outside doors) is in smells like weed, and is not a safe neighborhood.

The worst hotel we stayed in on our 10 day vacation Rooms had little to no blankets lights outside rooms shine in the window so it seems like daylight all night long people and cars constantly making noise people outside carrying on all night long. No sleep STAY AWAY

Some things were falling apart. For example the door locking panel although it still locked. No hair dryers, tv was all but broken you could see the lights thru the tv whilst watching. Staff were nice and it was very quiet. I asked for my room not to be cleaned whilst i was there for 2 nights yet they still came in without my knowledge. But good parking.

The location was very convenient to LAX, within 10 mins. However, it was extremely noisy since it is next to the main road and we couldn’t sleep. We felt like we slept in the car in the middle of the road because of all the noise. The bed didn’t have a blanket, just a flat sheet.

Great little property for a short lay over in LA. Close to LAX, all the freeways and everyone else. Manager was very helpful and friendly. Rooms have been updated and are clean and quiet. Would stay again!
