  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located private retreat in the heart of Culver City. Walking distance to Sony Studios, Downtown Culver City, Culver City Stairs, and hip restaurants and shops. Easy commute to UCLA and LA’s best attractions, including Santa Monica, Venice, West Hollywood. Short drive from LAX. The perfect getaway to experience the best of LA.

    You will enjoy the entire newly renovated guest suite which has a separate private entrance from the main house. The suite includes a kitchenette, smart TV, spa like shower, and access to an outdoor dining space.

    This suite is centrally located and very close to public transportation to all your favorite spots (short drive to local beaches and more!)

No parties. This is a very quiet family neighborhood, and we live and work on the property. Quiet hours are 11 pm until 7 am. No underage drinking.

No smoking. No pets. No overnight guests not originally on reservation.

The cleaning fee is for a standard cleaning only. If the home was left in poor condition, fees will be charged to Tenants credit card on file.
