Spacious comfortable home

Large home with all the modern conveniences. Clean and bright rooms. A practical full kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils you might need. A garage with space for 2 actual cars.

Wonderful Property and Rental Experience

We stayed over Easter to visit family. My adult son, my sister and my 83 years young mother stayed with me.The house has a good setup for the elderly with minimal steps to get inside and an entry level bedroom.Everything was clean and all of our needs were well met. The property management was great to work with and responded quickly.100% recommend this property and I am sure any property managed by this group.Thank you Goode Homes for a great stay and precious family memories!

One of our best VRBO experiences. GOODE.HOMES was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was fantastic, in a great central location in the Santa Clarita Valley, and large enough to accommodate a big group with space for all. The outdoor area was very nice for enjoying the sunsets and cooler evenings, and walking distance to the park was a huge perk for us with young children. Overall I would recommend this home, but also any home offered by GOODE.HOMES.

Stewart Navy trip

The home was amazing and very clean. The host was easy to contact through chat and helped us when needed. The community pool rules needed to state clearly that only 5 at a time could go with one badge. Our family had to split up in order to use pool facilities. Trash was harder to manage due to only one waste Rollie. Two Rollies for household trash would be very helpful. We had to wait four days until trash was picked up due to Rollie being full from past guests.Aside from these two minor things our family really enjoyed the stay and loved the home!Our family enjoyed Santa Clarita and appreciated how clean and safe it was. What a beautiful town close to all the places we wanted to visit. Thank you for letting us use your home to visit our son. Best,Jake
