Family Friendly Spanish Sanctuary w Parking/ Patio

Modern, spacious, Spanish sanctuary in beautiful historic Leimert Park . Two bedroom with bonus playroom, study with large outdoor space and garden and free parking- perfect for families. Sleeps 6 people and a baby. Culver City adjacent, 15min to DTLA, 18min to Santa Monica, 18min to LAX...super central and easy to access the 10 and 405.
The space
Palm tree lined street - peaceful suburban street in the heart of Los Angeles. Our neighbours are the nicest people you’ve ever met. Area is home to families young and old - feel right at home among friendly neighbours.

Two bedrooms with a bonus playroom so can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids.

The ideal location for visitors - 8min from USC, 10min to culver city, 20min drive to the beach, airport, and east-side. Centrally located, easy to get around with access to the 10 and other highways.

Free parking on the driveway or on the street.
Other things to note
This is a family home so we are looking for respectful friendly guests that will look after our home while we are away.

No parties. No loud noise after 9pm. Should neighbours complain we will be required to call security at the cost of guests.
