900 Square Foot House 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath w/ Hardwood Floors, and Private Front and Rear Patios w/ 48" dog fence. Newly remodeled with new paint, refinished beautiful oak hardwood floors, new blinds, 4K 60" Smart TV, LED lighting and ceiling fans throughout, wrought Iron Security Front door, Washer/ Dryer, Microwave over, Gas range, Full size fridge, 4 burner stove, etc. Charming old house was recently modernized with new HVAC system (mini splits). It is fully furnished with all amenities needed. Great location close to multiple medical facilities and close to major freeways to commute within all areas of Los Angeles. This rental is for the main front house 900 square foot with private rear patio. The lot is divide in two by a 6' tall fence. Full size outdoors BBQ grill in your patio available. Street parking only - Note street sweeping 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month 7am to noon. Arrange with me the day before and I will let you use my driveway. Pets are welcome w/ $100 added to monthly rent.
Quiet neighborhood, Walking distances to public transportation (Metro Train station is 2 blocks away), Foothill Transit Bus stop at the corner, also you can rent electric bicycles at the corner. Several Super Markets and restaurants with 2 blocks. Several Major Hospitals nearby. Beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains. Located 13 miles of east of Downtown Los Angeles.

Clean private stay

Nice area to access all of LA. Used for a work trip, good spot for access all of what LA area has to offer. Quiet private stay. Host very accomodating.

I stayed at this property with my husband and small dog for a week. The home was pristine on a quiet suburban street. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a twin bed. The bathroom was close to the bedroom. A lovely spacious living and dining area with a full kitchen. Washer and dryer off of the kitchen. The air conditioner was divine! It kept the home cool and fresh during a very hot week. You can stock what you need in the roomy refrigerator, a coffee maker is provided. However I enjoyed taking a 10 minute walk to Maine Ave and getting coffee at Yum Yum donuts. A sweet bakery that has fresh donuts and (my favorite) fresh Mexican Pan dulce too. This place has excellent service and charming clientele. There is also a 7/11 and a food mart across the street from Yum Yum. The house is located near major freeways that take you to all the Los Angeles areas of interest as well as metro link which takes you to downtown LA in 20 minutes. The location is convenient to go to Pasadena, Disneyland, Orange County, Inland empire, points east of LA county in addition to Los Angeles. This is a perfect place to lodge for the savvy traveler to Los Angeles!
