Good amount of space for the $
Once we got checked in, we were made aware that there's only 1 parking space. The beds were VERY firm, but other than that good space for a large family. Easy Access to shopping, gas, & freeway.

Convenient and reasonably priced
Rented it for a week for a family vacation (4 adults, 1 child); close to major highways and attractions. Within a mile or less from grocery and department stores. Overall, pretty good experience. Hot water was a little weak for showering and beds were not that comfortable. Place was a bit dated and condition was not so great (i.e., walls were dirty and bathroom walls were rotten in certain places). But, in all, reasonably priced and served the purpose.

20 minutes from Universal Studios
Local to Universal Studios, which was our goal. Home is dated, simple, but clean. Problem the first night with a misunderstanding about parking was quickly resolved by the owners. Perfect for a family wanting to visit local attractions. All utilities and kitchen worked well, one bathroom for 3 bedrooms was cramped, but my 4 teens made it work without a fuss.

Disappointing
This house was really old from the curtains and sheets (thin and worn) to the walls (water damage) and floor (cracked tile). The mattresses were not very comfortable and the beds were squeaky. I think the home itself was clean, but it didn't feel clean because it was so dated. The kitchen was usable, but was stocked with old essential items and just wasn't super friendly to cook in. We ended up not using it much. The water heater was finicky, and our showers never really got very hot but the kitchen sink would. The area was convenient. It was close to the freeway and a grocery store. The parking was nice inside a little gated driveway. It felt like a safe place to stay. In order to get the specific information to stay here, the owners required me to send them a photo of my ID. I did not feel comfortable with this part of the process.

Comfy home.....I don't think so
When we pulled up, we immediately were excited to have a gated location. We've never rented a house before so we were a little worried about the location. It actually was a quiet little neighborhood near a lot of restaurants and stores. However, we were even more surprised of the inside of the location. It did match the pics but looked a little more run down in petson. All rooms had either full or queen size beds without tvs. Which was ok. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. The purple room had the worst one. Woke up with soreness all over. All the pillows were extremely flat and the bedding looked 20 years old. We actually stopped by big lots to buy blankets and pillows. The dishwasher had a horrible smell when you opened it so we washed our dishes by hand. And nonstop crickets entering through the backyard....ugh! If I only liked bugs. All in all.....for the price I paid I would have expected a little more of a nicer place. Probably wouldn't stay here again. It definitely needs a makeover. Everything looked like it was purchased at thrift stores. Nothing matched But they did have netflix!

Great Home to Rent
We had a GREAT experience with this rental home and would rent from the owners again. The house is surrounded by a locked gate which is nice, and having parking inside the gate was also a great bonus. It is a spacious unit with a great patio where you can BBQ and hang out. House comes with internet access and cable which is nice when you have down time. It was also nice to be able to do laundry when we where there. The owners/management are AMAZING people, so friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have. The only reason why I did not give this a 5 star review is that the bedding is very hard, we had no hot water one day (not sure why), and the box for the key is hard to get into when you are not familiar with it. Even with a couple things that could be improved, it would not hinder our family from renting from these owners/managers in the future. I would recommend this to families that would like a home away from home while in the Hollywood/LA area.

Happy Customer
The home was really spacious and comfortable. I would recommend to family and friends. It's centrally located to Universal Stuidios. Conveniently located to a grocery store, places to eat, gas stations,and shopping. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Harald , This is not true at all. We are a legit home vacation and accommodate our guests with the best service. You never showed up to our property and we did not take a penny from you. It seems that you are mentally sick and have got nothing to do with your life. Dali/ Owner Home Sweet
