They broke in to our truck stole $1,000 worth of stuff. Happened in broad daylight within 30 minutes of us checking in and getting our luggage. The hotel was not helpful at all!
Easy parking, no hidden fees. Breakfast and coffee each morning is a plus. Close to everything I needed. Shopping center nearby as well as restaurants and easy takeout. UCLA medical center is super close which was the reason for my stay with my son.

We had stayed at this Best Western 39 years ago when it was the only hotel in this area. The hotel had been rebuilt since then but some parts are still tried. Also why mop the entryway floor at 7:00 AM when there is tons of foot traffic. This should be done early in the morning or the night before. The signs, wet floor and employee mopping just created a unsafe enviorment.

The staff and included breakfast was exceptional. Would only stay a max of two nights, the walls are however paper thin and could hear neighbors during the night. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed because it makes a loud noise when turning around.

This has been our second time at this property and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. The only feedback i have has been in regards to charges.
Our first trip i didnt realize a hold would be placed before the visit as it was advertised on 3rd party as pay at site. And the second trip had a $50 deposit that i dont remember being on the first trip, but i think this might be CA standard now.
As long as you know this 10/10 recommend! Will be staying here for our next Six Flags visit in the near future.

We were given keys to somebody else's room. we opened it and there were bags inside. thank God there were nobody inside. that would have been bad. the front desk lady apologized and owned the mistake. But i can't help think that it could have been our room and our keys were given to dishonest people. Tub was clogged. I will still stay here, however. No too bad for the price.

We checked in and before unpacking anything we had all our personal belongings on a luggage rolling cart, I put my grandson down for bed as he was already asleep before getting to our hotel. Upon checking the bed due to seeing a lot of black and some red what looked like bug droppings checking that bed finding more and bed bugs I checked the other bed just to find the sheets and blankets were dirty and had dead bed bugs blood on the blanket on that bed I went down to front desk to show the front desk person photos her name is McKenzie she said she wasn’t going to refund me then said they’ve only had one other incident in the 2 years she’s worked there then later in the conversation after saying she now couldn’t refund us I contacted Expedia like she told me I had to since Best Western wasn’t going to refund me yet she said this time that in 2 years that she’s worked there that their hasn’t been any bed bug complaints long story short we left the property at about 1:30am we checked in about midnight, upon talking to Expedia they opened a case as this was now a health code problem. Tired we drove home 3 hours and we checked out bank account we were still charged for our room that had bed bugs in the bed n a few on the wall photos were showed to front desk, but still charged.

Thank you for your response. We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to being fully booked we weren't able to move rooms and we apologize for that and the refund should be posted into your account in 7-14 business days. The front desk can't refund unless it's approved by management.
Property was clean and had a very nice breakfast. Location is perfect for Six Flags Magic Mountain. Fast food a 2 minute drive, nice places to eat right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights while we were visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain. We took a Lyft everyday to and from the park for about $10 each way. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, yogurt, mini muffins and bagels). Would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet. We didn’t hear other guests coming in or out of their rooms. It was clean and we felt safe. The breakfast was nice to have but didn’t have much variety. My son was hoping they would have bacon one day instead of sausage both mornings.

The staff was very nice and helpful. My wife wanted some extra blankets for our bed (I tend to keep our room pretty cold) and the front desk staff brought us exactly what we asked for in minutes and with a smile. Checking in and out was also quick and painless. I gave cleanliness a 4 out of 5 star rating simply because I have extremely high (OCD-level) standards for that sort of thing and the hallway outside of our room had a slight odor (maybe the carpet could use a shampoo?) but everything else was nearly perfect. When we checked out in the morning, all of the cleaning staff were hard at work throughout the premises (interior and exterior) and every one of them greeted my wife and I with a smile as we passed them.
