Artist Safe House: Melrose Loft + 2 Baths

  • Stay steps from Melrose Avenue at Artist Safe House, a stylish Los Angeles retreat with city views, 2 full bathrooms, private patio, garage parking, fast Wi-Fi and space for up to 5 guests. Enjoy a full kitchen, comfortable living area and dedicated workspace. Walk to restaurants, cafés, shopping and entertainment, then come home to your own comfortable LA retreat.

    The entire 1-bedroom apartment is reserved exclusively for your group. The bedroom has 1 queen bed for 2 guests. The living area has a queen air mattress for up to 2 guests and a couch for 1 guest. Please review the sleeping setup before booking to make sure it works comfortably for your group.

    Guests have private access to the bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living area, private patio, in-unit washer and dryer, and designated garage parking space. I give guests privacy during their stay but am available through Vrbo if you have questions or need assistance.

    Check-in is after 3 PM and checkout before 11 AM. No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted in the unit. Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking or vaping inside the unit. No commercial photography or filming. Please keep noise to a minimum in hallways and shared areas. No pets.

    Security cameras are located in the building’s lobby, at the main entrance, outside each elevator, and on the rooftop. These cameras monitor common areas only. There are no cameras inside the loft or in any private guest spaces.
