An Beautiful Designed Home in LA Suburb For Family
Located in the best place to live in California, our place is right next door to Magic Mountain - only 8 minute driving. It was designed beautifully for family or friends. A perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of LA while still have access to all LA attractions. The city is very walkable with multiple hiking trails. It also has Valencia town center with plenty of options for shopping and dining.
Our home locates in Stevenson Ranch, the most wealthy community in the Santa Clarita valley. The neighborhood is very nice and it feels like you are going into a resort.

Our home is within an hour driving to all the attractions: Universal studio Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Ventura, and The Channel Islands
Central located so you can also visit Sequoia National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, Death Valley National Park, and The Channel Islands National Park.
- Please note that party is not welcomed. We have exterior cameras and Ring bell door to observe and count the number of guests. We will call police and our security company will escort you to leave if there is a party or loud noise.
