ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By far the BEST property we’ve ever visited (and we travel a lot)! Geoff and Theresa are an absolute delight to work with. The condo is immaculate! I am a “clean freak“ and I am very hard to please when it comes to cleanliness. I was over the moon with how clean the condo is. It is beautifully renovated with attention to every detail. Check-in was seamless. Location is PRIME! The property and amenities phenomenal. We loved being able to sit on the balcony for our morning coffee and barbecue there for dinners. The pool and hot tub are sublime. The local bodega (and the owner) also deserve 10 stars. We have been visiting Santa Monica every summer for seven years. We were saddened that our previous condo was no longer available as the building has been sold. We never thought we would find another condo that would meet all of our expectations and fulfill our hearts like our old one had for so many years. Suffice it to say we have found our new Santa Monica home away from home! Book this condo now if you have the chance! Thank you Geoff and Theresa for everything! Very good stay. Great location and apartment fully equipped. Could be better cleaned but doesn’t affect overall experience, same goes for the pool. Can’t ask for more in city like LA. Would definitely book again.

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 12 nights in July. We enjoyed our stay! For a longer stay it was a perfect place: there's a nice little kitchen and possibility to wash laundry in the communal laundry room (1,25 dollars per wash/drying). There's no air conditioning, but the condo is not in the direct sunlight during the day and it cools down relatively easily when you leave the bedroom windows partly open for the night. There're also floor fans in bedroom and living room. Street parking is free with permission and that was a huge bonus to our stay because we had a rental car. Parking space was easy to find near the building on both sides of the 4th Street. The place is within walking distance from the beach, the Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade (and shops and restaurants around it). The owner Geoff was very helpful! We highly recommend this condo!

Apartment was in an excellent location in the beautiful Santa Monica area. The apartment is clean, well sized, has all facilities for a weeks vacation in LA. Geoff left great instructions on how to use the property and the get around the local area. The property also comes with a parking badge. Geoff was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Highly recommend

Fantastic Apartment!
Amazing property, in a fantastic location. 6-8 min walk to the beach. Extremally clean, spacious and comfortable. Great couch, living room, and kitchen. Comfy bed, tons of linens and towels. Chairs and Beach towels were a great touch. Bathroom was clean and great shower. Excellent communication and responsiveness. Property has a really nice pool and hot tub. Got a bit warm at night (no AC) but we should have opened the windows while using the fans available in every room.. Overall great stay.

So Glad you enjoyed your stay and accommodatons....yes as we suggested we always sleep with the windows opened with the safety lock to take advantage of the Ocean Breeze while utilizing the fans in each room....thanks for staying in our condo.

Really could not have been any better!
Really could not have been any better! The unit was absolutely perfect for my stay of 10 days. They literally had everything you could possibly need and the responsiveness was fantastic. So convenient to the beach, Santa Monica and all the things you might want to do. The amenities were top-notch with absolutely nothing missing. I would come back here time and time again!

My girlfriend and I spent a week here. It was hands-down the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Gorgeous apartment, very clean. The landlord provided very detailed instructions for our stay. The landlord was very prompt replying to our questions. Great experience overall!!

Comfortable & Convenient Stay in Santa Monica
The condo at Ocean Park was perfect for my solo trip to the area. The location is excellent! As a female traveling alone, I appreciated that I felt safe parking, walking around and staying in this location too. It's walkable to the beach and many great restaurants and shops, even in nearby Venice Beach. I loved the little bodega down the street too, where I could easily get necessities and great food and wine for my stay. The layout of the condo was perfect and the kitchen was very well equipped. I didn't do much cooking, but I had what I needed if I wanted to. I only wished there was a tea kettle. I don't like using a Keurig coffee machine, but this was a personal preference. The bed was very comfortable as were all of the furnishings. The large closet was perfect for storing my clothes and tucking away my large suitcase. I enjoyed having the little balcony to relax on too. There is no Air Conditioning, but the fans and cooler weather made this tolerable. If it were hotter weather, this might be a concern for some. But, opening up the patio door and windows at night to let the fresh air inside helped a lot and there is pretty much always a breeze. The host was quick to respond to questions and you could tell that they wanted to provide as much info and items for the home as possible to make it a comfortable stay. They were successful! As a fellow host, I can be picky, but I would certainly stay here again!

Beautiiful apartment in great location
This is a lovely apartment in an ideal location for exploring Santa Monica and beyond. The apartment itself is newly renovated and thoughtfully set up - the nicely stocked kitchen with quality cookware and stove was especially appreciated, since we did a lot of farmers market shopping. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and a couple of dips into the complex's hot tub during chilly April nights. It's a very quiet, adult community (at least while we we there) which was perfect for us - highly recommended!

Cute and clean condo in excellent location
We loved the condo; it's bright, clean and updated. Perfect space for my spouse and me to visit our grown daughter who lives in Santa Monica. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Geoff was responsive to our questions and gave very thorough and thoughtful instructions. We'd stay here again!

Long weekend in Santa Monica
Great property in a nice neighborhood. Condo is very clean and modern & well supplied. We enjoyed the amenities of the hot tub & pool, especially after a day out in LA or biking along the beach. Condo is in close proximity to good restaurants. Geoff is a terrific host and was able to walk me thru the check-in process. It would be helpful to have more spices in kitchen besides salt & pepper. Overall, property is terrific and would stay here again!

Exceptional!
Quality and comfort! These owners take hospitality seriously--only the best here. Condo is appointed with every amenity one could need (the bed is to die for!); location is fabulous (four blocks from the beach, what?!); communication with owners is a breeze. Better experience than at any of the many hotels we've stayed at in the Santa Monica area. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Apartment
This property is cozy, well provisioned, extremely conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner is responsive and caring, supplies such as linens are well organized and easy to find, lights and other drawers and accesses are labeled and the bed is very comfortable. We used the hot tub every night and it's sparkling clean, not to mention perfect temperature (it's a common area spa). Geoff was a great host who immediately responded to a couple questions we had and I highly recommend this property. Will definitely return next time we're in LA.

Nicely decorated, in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and dining options. Two minutes drive from the freeway to downtown LA or Malibu. Owner provided plenty of information on practicalities a couple days before our arrival. Nice kitchen, roomy living-dining room, comfy bed/bedroom, large shower, balcony, on-street parking with visitor permit.

Perfect Location!
This property is near the Santa Monica beach and the downtown SM area is walkable. The apartment itself is stylish and feels safe in a gated area. It can get warm at night so I suggest opening the windows for a good breeze. Otherwise, you can walk down to the Santa Monica Pier in just a short walk. The apartments have a pool as well that we did not use but it was perfect weather for it. There is also a small walk-out patio/sitting area to sip tea in the morning or take in the nice Cali weather. The landlords were very responsive via text and left good directions for check in and check out. We would highly recommend this location!
