Very nice house and great host

This property was very spacious and the inside was very clean and nice. All the rooms and beds were perfect for our stay. The host was also very communicative and respectful. 10/10 would recommend this place and I would definitely book it again in the future.

Rowland stay

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Diverse restaurants and adult beverage places within 20 minutes. If you're not comfortable staying at place with others living on same property, i don't recommend. They were quiet and didn't bother us, but does not feel as private.

Very disappointed

The tv did not work. The owner said he would fix it next week. No water or ice on frige door, broken. Sticky door handles. Overall unclean. No toilet paper. Someone living in the garage. Smoke detectors disconnected and hidden in cabinet because low battery beeping.. no carbon monoxide detectors as advertised. Misleading description of property. Unhappy!

Fine rental

The property was nice but nothing too exciting. It had everything you needed. If youโ€™re planning on cooking any food youโ€™ll need all the spices and oils because none of that is provided. Nor are k cups provided. The neighborhood is a mix of nice and sketchy.

8 night stay May 2022

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good for our use. A few things of disappointment. #1 people live in the garage. I was not informed of this and if I had known I would not have booked. It was like having roommates. #2 the bathrooms were not cleaned prior to arrival. In fact, both had hair in the showers/tub. Very dirty around toilets as well. #3 the grass in the backyard was not walkable. Itโ€™s full of holes. Would not let small children play on the grass/dirt. Pretty unsafe. #3 the kitchen was pretty but lacked some necessities. A large enough pan to cook, and storage bowls. We had to go purchase both items. #4 The home smells of stale smoke. The couch smells of cannibis use. And quite strongly. #5 furnace vents have gobs of hair. Right as you enter the doors. The beds were very comfy and the TV was big and had a real nice picture. Wifi was good. Strong enough to stream on the tv. AC and fans were good. Overall we were satisfied but probably wouldnโ€™t stay again because of the garage residents. Thank you.

Best house for a small gathering and best host

Extremely satisfied with how the booking went. Everything was easy and smooth from booking til checking out. Will definitely recommend for someone looking for a nice house and clean one aswell to spend the time with family or friends for a couple days. Well off one of the best houses Iโ€™ve ever rented with no problem.

Nice House

Very nice house and decor was like I was at home. We only stayed one night after a comedy show so we did not have to drive home at night.
