Front desk staff was not nice, and don't like to help.. Beds were horrible they don't have luggage carts in their parking garage we had to go back an fourth Only reason we stayed was because it was right next to the convention

Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn
My mirror had blood all over it when I checked in, and in spite of days of calls to the front desk an assurance it would be cleaned, it didn’t. On the third day I demanded a new room as my toddler was trying to touch it and clearly they don’t clean.
