They do not advertise that the GYM is closed, also this property is just valet parking so they charge like $26 per night, I’m ok with that but that’s something they have to warn about.

Great check in fast and profesional with neomy. Valet was excellent. The down side is in a noisy busy hiway was about 15 yards from our room.

Reached out regarding a missing curtain, which led the front office to reply back and let us know about the blackout curtain. This was a life saver! No one has ever mentioned it, at any hotel. Thank you front desk!!!!!!!

Everything about our stay was easy and pleasant. Valet parking was great! Quick service each time we left or returned to the hotel. The room was great. Getting to and from the hotel was simple. The surrounding area was very nice. I would stay again and recommend others to as well.

Second time using Hampton Inn. Clean and accommodating. However, a few issues. One, never got a digital key like I was promised. Not a big deal due to us getting two room keys but still if promised and offered, please deliver. Secondly the shower in the room didn't work properly. When pulling the plunger up to change the water flow from nozzle to shower head, it didn't work properly. Half the water was coming from the nozzle and half from the shower head. Attempted multiple times to fix it between the two of us and it was pulled up as far as it would go but still leaked horribly.

Staff was friendly and helpful, The atmosphere was quiet and nice, The room was clean and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely book here again on our next trip back to Universal Studios.

Far too noisy due to very loud freeway traffic all night long. Not at all conducive to a good restful night’s sleep. The experience left us tired and weary the following day. At the very least we should have been provided with ear plugs.

Staff very friendly, facilities clean and comfortable. Not walkable to any restaurants or shops. ALERT: IF YOU'RE USING A HOTEL BOOKING SERVICE LIKE EXPEDIA, BEWARE THERE IS A CHARGE FOR VALET PARKING, WHICH IS THE ONLY KIND OF PARKING AVAILABLE.

10/10 recommend everyone stay here, especially families. It’s clean, quiet and has great staff! Had a mom fail and forgot my baby girls favorite teddy bear, she asked about it everyday and they did everything to help us get it back home. My princess is so happy! This is a great hotel!

The room had a strange smell to it and I got very sick from staying there. There was no freezer. The pillows were not comfortable. You have to use valet parking which isn't mentioned on the site. The staff was extremely nice. It's a nice hotel, but I'd only recommend it if it's last resort.
