"Very clean room, spacious, nice staff and friendly, the pool was clean and nice and the location is great. The restaurant needs more writers because when there were many people the food took much time to arrive and was cold. But everything else was amazing, including the staff in the reception who helped us with booking tours and everything we needed. Very recommended hotel!"

"The staff at front desk was awful, one woman was the one there but I don’t remember the name, she didn’t want to help us in the accommodation of 9 people, she charged us $166 per room, even though one person stayed alone. The hotel is beautiful but the rooms were not clean at all. The bar the personal great, the food and drinks were ok."

"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."
