Large and extensive balconies provide you with the perfect setting to take in breathtaking views of Loutit Bay, the Great Ocean Road, and the coastline.

This apartment is only a 10-minute stroll along the tree-lined Mountjoy Parade (Great Ocean Road) or along the beach foreshore to the centre of Lorne. You can choose to relax on the balcony, go for a bushwalk, fish off the pier, go for a swim, surf, paddle or sunbathe on the beach, or grab a coffee and a meal in Lorne. It is all within minutes from Lorne Penthouse.

PLEASE NOTE: we have increased our cleaning protocol to allow time for full cleaning with hospital grade disinfectant of high touch surfaces, the airing of property between guest stays as well. Sanitizer and disinfectant are at the property for guest use to disinfect high-touch surfaces during their stay. We also allow for a 24-48 hours block between bookings to allow for the additional COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection measures for the safety of our cleaners and guests.

Accommodating a maximum of 6 persons. No rollaway or fold-out beds are at the property.

Bed linen and bath towels for 6 people are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries.

The kitchen is full equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and basic provisions. Bring your own food and drink.

The lounge has a TV, DVD, iPod docking station, and Xbox 360 with games to enjoy.
There is also another TV in the main bedroom.

The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living space and one in the main bedroom.

Note that the two car parking spaces are in the basement car park with one flight of stairs to access ground level.

Lorne Penthouse is located on the third floor of the Pacific Apartments complex with three flights of stairs. The Pacific Apartments complex does NOT have a lift/elevator.
