Grand Vue - Renovated With A View

Recently renovated and refurbished (2016) to compliment classic beach house features, Grand Vue is perfect for young families and couples. Located within a short stroll to town or beach, the property has beautiful views, great privacy and a clean crisp feel.

Facing the ocean and on entry is the fully renovated kitchen/dining space. With ample natural light this space has somewhat of a sun room feel to it. The master bedroom has a King Size bed and second room to the side is spacious enough to accommodate the kids and creates a great play space. To the rear is a lounge with open fire, main bathroom and a cheeky compact third bedroom.

Grand Vue provides an ideal base for your family beach holiday. Affordable, comfortable and well located. Its simply all you need!

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

House was better than photos. Views awesome, either from deck outside or inside house. Easy walk to beach. Lovely decoration. Kids loved their room. Barn door looked great. Was lovely to light the fireplace and enjoy cosy lounge in evening whilst taking in the views.

Clean and well maintained

The property was clean throughout and was well maintained. It looks to be slowly getting renovated, and had all the amenities we required (although with a family of five, it would have been nice if the toilet was separate from the bathroom). Wonderful view on the balcony and just a short 10 minute walk (quite steep at times) into the main street and the beach.

Great spot for a family holiday

We had a great week in Lorne. The house was only a 10 min walk downhill and 15 min walk uphill from the main street. The house is really well set up and had everything we needed and exceeded my expectations. Wifi would have been helpful...

Our family had a beautiful time while staying in this home. Was perfect for our family. A little bit more kindling/ firewood would have been handy. The hardware store didn't have any either. Overall a big thanks to our hosts.

We loved this comfortable and cosy property! Especially the open fire! It was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. Short walk into town a bonus too. We’ll definitely be back, can’t wait to experience Grand Vue when the deck is completed!

Cute little place in a nice location. Clearly well looked after and great place for kids with the Wii and Games. The only thing I'd say is lacking is a Dryer and Dishwasher but apart from that it's a lovely home and we enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed house. The house has a lovely view and is elegantly and freshly decorated. The main children bedroom had heaps of space and the beds are all comfortable. It is only a very short walk to north Lorne beach. The owners have made it a very easy house to stay in with all appliances and utensils etc well labelled and clear instructions. The open fireplace is lovely and the house was easily able to be kept warm with heaters in the bedrooms also. I would highly recommend staying here.
