The upper floor leads to a large furnished mezzanine, offering a study area conducive to concentration or creativity, and two elegant bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds (two single beds that can be combined to form one 180x200 bed), guaranteeing peaceful and restful nights. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
The apartment has electric shutters. A TV in the living room (satellite, nearly 200 French and international channels) and a TV in the master bedroom. A safe is provided. The interior garden is shared with the residence. Secure parking for one car.
