This ground floor apartment is a stone’s throw from Polperro harbour, central for visiting the countryside and beach.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: 32" Freeview TV, Sofa Bed (Double)
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine
Bedroom: Four Poster Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Storage heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Private parking for 1 car 10 minutes’ walk away (uphill with steep section). No smoking.. Laity is only a short distance from the harbour in Polperro. If you are looking for something with character, Laity is definitely the place. From the original beamed ceilings to the four poster bed, character abounds!

The bedroom has a stunning four poster kingsize bed, and there is bathroom with shower over plus toilet and wash hand basin. The small kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, and bed linen and towels are provided.
The shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of Polperro are all within a short walk, and the town of Looe is 10 minutes by car. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
Laity can be booked together with Talland House (UK30896) next door to accommodate up to 10 guests.
