Room was dirty I could tell it was not cleaned or disinfected properly after previous check out… only bed were made… pool was also very dirty water was extremely cloudy.

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
Hotel was okay. Room was overall clean but found hair accessories that didn't belong to us. Beds were comfortable. Long line to check in, express kiosks not working. Poor maintenance causing me to fall and sprain ankle. Would have been nice if they followed up.
