"Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!"

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "This location was great for visiting family in south Boulder. Generally welcoming and comfortable environment but for two older adults (over 70) the bed was a little low for us. Yes, I know, more PT could help! It would also help to have instructions on using the television."

"Michael and Susan were the most amazing hosts. They truly thought of everything to provide ease and convenience for their guests. The stay was cozy but had enough room for all of us to spread out comfortably. Instructions were clear and easy to follow with great communication and help along the way.
