Lafayette Carriage House in Historic old town

Beautiful Brand new studio apartment. Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc.

Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"

Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment.

Perfect for a stay in Lafayette

Had a great stay in this lovely rental! Perfect location, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and great shower. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

It is great location just a couple of blocks away from Main Street. There is a huge park nearby perfect for a morning walk. I saw chubby little prairie dogs and hot air balloons. There are hiking and biking paths and a dog park. The room was very clean and comfortable a new kitchen and bathroom with a large tile shower.

We highly recommend this property. It is adorable, well appointed, clean and well stocked with lots of extras.The bathroom and shower are amazing!! Like a resort. Its also a perfect location for dining and entertainment. The host is very nice and responsive to your needs. 5 Stars all the way!!!

Great place!

This was our second visit to the carriage house. We love having a kitchen, the natural light, the amazing shower, and the proximity to downtown Lafayette and its restaurants and shops. The only challenge for us is our different waking/sleeping schedules, but we made it work.

Awesome Stay Again

Our second time staying at this property and once again it exceeds our expectations. It is clean, quiet and the location is unbeatable. Very dog friendly and a large open space with great walking trails is just down the street!

Great place just outside Boulder.

My son goes to CU Boulder so we got this great getaway when I came to visit. We felt safe in the neighborhood and could easily find places to eat, hike, and enjoy.

Great location, fantastic rental!

Absolutely loved the layout and cleanliness of the place! The kitchen was also well-stocked if you want the option to make your own meals. The location is a short walk away from the historic district with incredible restaurants, so we hardly moved our car. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to Boulder and Denver but also have the opportunity to explore Lafayette! We loved it, and would happily stay here again :)

The most adorable carriage house. So cozy, and perfect. The kitchen was very handy and what a beautiful countertop! Loved the bathroom and laundry set up. Mark, the host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The recommendations regarding restaurants and coffee were great!

Excellent Carriage House

Absolutely loved my stay in Lafayette. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants and historic downtown Lafayette. There is a nature trail and dog park route super close to the property that made it so easy to have my dog with me on this trip. Lafayette is also super close to so much great hiking! Don’t skip out on this place, truly excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
