"Incredible location, view and access to the beach. Literally, steps away from the sand. Everything was clean and in place. The bedroom was small, trying to walk around the bed was almost impossible, BUT, I would go back in a heartbeat!!!"

"The hotel is ok, but one thing was extremely annoying and bothered, there was so many tiny flies in the bathroom non stop! It was really hard to wash your face, brush teeth with all that insects flying around your face all the time. Breakfast was ok. It’s just people staying there were kinda annoying and didn’t care there are others around them. Definitely not going back. I just expect more from hotel like this."

"We had an amazing time at Zota Beach Resort. Food at the restaurants is 10/10. It is not necessary to leave the resort to find places to it. Amenities were in great conditions. Heated pool. Beautiful beach"

"The property and location on the beach were fine. Our only complaint was that the Air Conditioning was a weak window unit. There was no central air. The floor-length window drapes near the AC unit had to be kept open to allow the air to flow, but this led to the room not being kept dark in the morning. A shorter drape that stopped at the sill would make better sense to block the morning sun, and still allow the air conditioning to flow. "

"We didn't care of the bait and switch at the spa. Did not receive the treatment requested and was charged for add ons that we were not aware of. We purposely did not book a spa treatment the second time we stayed due to this reason. In addition, the upkeep of the room was lacking. For the price of the rooms there should not be missing tiles in the shower now an unrepaired leak that caused damage in the baseboards outside the shower We are designers of kitchens and baths as well as rental property owners. This is unacceptable for such a high end resort. "
