"We had a 'superior' room/apartment, and it really was superior. An entrance hall, bedroom plus ensuite bathroom, AND a large sitting room/kitchen. Fantastic. And not noisy despite overlooking Saturday Market Place and being at one end of the High Street. Parking is available, in Saturday Market Place, and not cheap, but go a little further afield and find a long term parking car park and cost is reduced. It would be good to have breakfast supplies, but we were recommended a nearby cafe (two doors away), so not a problem"

"Good value for a few nights needed for work. The hotel needs updating. Good car park and fairly easy to locate. Needed to go and ask Reception for more milk supplies as no one came in to check the room. I ate in the restaurant twice and the food was good. Disappointed that it was closed on the Friday evening."

Hotel room was spacious with huge comfortable bed,clean crisp sheets, kitchenette facility, big bathroom and high standards of cleanliness throughout. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of buffet and cooked menu choices. All the staff were helpful and friendly."
