"We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!"

"The bathroom looked very out dated and there was a spatter of something on the bathroom sink light. The tv didn’t work, it just came up as a blue screen with no signal. The mattress had liquid stains on it but the bed was clean as well as everything else was clean. The pool was closed. And I couldn’t get my room door to lock which bothered me the most. Breakfast was great with a lot of options and staff were really nice and helpful. "
