"This apartment is a walkout basement of the owner’s house, but it doesn’t feel like basement. It’s new, bright and warm. The owner is friendly. The place is spotless and well-decorated . It has very good lighting. The kitchen has no oven but there’s BBQ burner outdoor so we made a delicious firewood pizza. The kitchen and bathroom have everything we need. The waterfront view is amazing. The tidal water is shallow. It’s great for swimming kayaks and bird watching. We didn’t use the outside fireplace. The place has a very romantic setting. The seal harbor picnic area about 4mile away is a great place to watch sunset. We caught quite a few fish at dock. It’s definitely a beautiful place to stay for vacation. "
