"The non-smoking room that I had, smelled like smoke. There wasn't much toilet paper and there wasn't any soap but the man at the front desk was very kind and said that if anything was missing to please let him know and he would take care of it. The bed was comfortable and I got some good sleep."

"It was clear that something was off when the soap and shampoo dispensers in the3 bathroom were empty and the towels had been washed and re-used well past their useful life. The property is in a blighted area with a number of abandoned businesses, and from the outside this ABVI also looked abandoned. The worst was the breakfast. They told us it was from 6 to 9. When we got there at 6 no one was there. There was a thermos of coffee from the night before or maybe the night before that. There was cereal but no milk or bowls. A toaster, but no bread of any kind. We did not see any other guests and we may be the last before the owners close the doors for good. Expedia should not book rooms here for its customers"
