"We had booked a business room (queen bed), that cost extra, expecting it to be larger in size and/or have extra amenities. Much to our surprise, the room was exactly the same as other rooms. We were told the ‘business room’ meant we had access to the business lounge - which is a joke! There is nothing in the business lounge, other than a toaster and microwave! - most definitely not worth paying extra for. Still the hotel was decent. Definitely dated and needs a refresher/renovation. The staff are super friendly, and the location is great. Be advised parking is a pain, as you have to use a public lot almost a block away and it costs about $26/day."
