"This house is exactly as wonderful as described! They had every amenity we needed and more, both indoors and outdoors. It’s beautiful and there’s so much to do for every age group. It’s clean, beautifully and comfortably decorated, and the game room was so much fun! You can’t go wrong here."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at your beautiful lake house. The Catawba area is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte and just ten minutes away from a Publix for our shopping needs. We loved cooking and dining in every night with your fully stocked kitchen, all in view of the lake. The hot tub and game room were a treat and the sunrises were beautiful! The kids enjoyed the paddleboard and the kayaks. Love the layout of the outdoor area. Kudos to the cleaning crew. The house was spotless. 10"

"We had an amazing time, the property was extremely clean and decorated so lovely! It was just as described and exceeded our expectations. My teenage boys had the best time fishing and kayaking in the cove and we spent our nights by the fire pit or in the large hot tub. The layout of the home lends itself so well to families, plenty of space for everyone. I would also note that I've rented many homes over the years and this was by far one of our favorites. The mattresses/beds in rentals are usually not the best but these felt just like home! Even the kids commented on how comfy their beds were :) Special thanks to the attentive hosts and allowing us to enjoy Spring Break with our boys and make the best memories! "

"My extended family absolutely loved the lakehouse. The kitchen was well stocked and the bar seats allowed for many morning gatherings while breakfast was being prepared. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, firepit, cornhole, Connect 4, board games, and ping pong table. We would definitely stay again!"

"We did have an enjoyable stay! Luckily we were able to enjoy the outdoor areas on a 60-70 day in December! That was the highlight! The Tiki Bar, lounge chairs, Kayaks, canoe and Peddle Boat were used and enjoyed! We enjoyed the quiet quality of the neighborhood and the ability to relax and enjoy each other's company. You can consider these points as nick picks or suggestions, For a winter time stay, the HVAC system makes the upstairs bedrooms too warm while the downstairs bedroom was too cold, I'd suggest providing an extra comforter or blanket for the bottom bedroom. Not a huge problem for us but all of the screen doors had the screens popped out when we arrived. One of the guest burned their fingers after reheating their mug in the microwave, just a suggestion to check that all of them are microwave safe. "

"I would definitely stay here again, and I plan to stay here again. No real complaints, but if I had to have 1 it would be the HVAC system. The main floor stays perfectly where you want the temperature to be, the upstairs bedroom gets hot, and the entire downstairs area stays pretty cold (we stayed here in December), but we went and got a cheap space heater and that worked good enough for us. Other than that, no complaints worth mentioning that are any different from any other vacation rental house. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. I look forward to my next stay here."
