"We enjoyed our stay at Top Water Perch. The property was well equipped and extremely beautiful! Since we were attending a wedding in Statesville and had two small children in our party, the property served the purpose of a quiet oasis for our family and was conveniently located to the wedding venue. We just wish we had more time there! Thank you, Jaime, for the kind note left as well as the snack basket. Those little details made the house very welcoming! Plus, our littles loved the snacks!! "For us this was the best house on the lake. Location, deep water dock with space for two fishing boats and electricity. After fishing we enjoyed the hot tub and the deck with lake views."

"The lake house was more fantastic than we hoped for. The lake views weer gorgeous from every angle of the house, and the quiet peacefull setting made it easy to unwind. Our group of three couples appreciated having separate bedrooms with private baths, giving everyong their own space. The home was well-stocked with essentials, spotless, and offered easy access to the dock. We had a great time with all of the games-suffleboard, pool, air hockey, ping pong-and the standout moment was definitely the private chef dinner. The concierge team was incredibly responsive from answering questions prior to our stay, arranging the private chef dinner, and kept us informed about a minor mechanical issue already scheduled for repair. Highly recommend this property and hope we have the opportunity to return in the future! ."

"The house was great for our family Thanksgiving of 9. The family/kitchen area was big and open. The view of the lake is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine. It is in a quiet area with no through traffic. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. The host went above and beyond on taking good care of us. We will definitely add this to our list of places to return "
