"Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I had the deluxe king and my jaw dropped when I walked in. Excellent staff (had a slight delay checking in and was handled really well) and great housekeeping. I was given a free drink for my first night and they had a live show along with great food choices. I stayed at the 10th floor and the elevator took maybe 30 seconds to get there. Everytime. Even on a Friday night I never had to wait, with people flooding in and out. I was really busy so I couldn’t get to enjoy the pool but there’s next time. Will definitely recommend to my friends and will be back to see if the quality will be maintained! 😄"

"Stay was going great until checkout day, we had been approved for noon checkout upon checking in and re-confirmed the night before checkout. Regular checkout is 11am, they started beating on our door at 10am and 1030am, then someone REALLY BEAT ON THE DOOR at 11am, I was using the bathroom at the time or I would've answered door IRATE and probably armed as I thought someone was trying to get into our room with my fiancé naked in bed. UN-FUKIN-ACCEPTABLE, WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND LEAVE REVIEWS SUCH AS THIS EVERYWHERE. Besides this incident the stay was great and staff was very welcoming and friendly, sadly y'all had to ruin it in last couple hours."

"Harrahs has changed in the last seven years. It is not what it used to be. The food in this casino is horrible!!! All restaurants besides Starbucks need to be shut down. Horrible!! Did I say Horrible. On the flip side, the best part of the Casino was I won a few hundred dollars to replace what I missed going to these restaurants."

"Online it advertises a as premium room furniture beach view etc we paid almost $130 get to our room there was two very stiff beds tv with the beach view window was a small square window it was depressing more then anything floors are old and have soft spots furniture was literally 20 years old atleast Iv never seen another motel 6 this bad"

"We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee. I could barely taste any espresso at all. I even went back and asked for extra shots, but while the barista was making them, I noticed the espresso coming from the machine looked very pale — almost like watered-down coffee mixed with milk. After adding the extra shots, my drink still tasted the same. In the end, I poured it out and just drank the complimentary hotel coffee instead. It was disappointing to waste nearly $10 on a drink that didn’t taste like coffee at all. Aside from the Starbucks experience, our hotel stay itself was excellent, and we truly enjoyed how clean and comfortable everything was."
