Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Communication nightmare

We never heard from the host. There was no check-In information on our reservation confirmation so I emailed, called multiple times over the week leading up to our trip with no response. They completely ghosted me and then I had to fight with VRBO to get my money back. Terrible experience.
