"breakfast was so so no hard boiled egg options. Had to ask for coffee in the room. The gym equipment was old, worn out or missing, cheap and convenient is what it is."

"There were roaches in the room. The keys were not working because the batteries were dead in the door lock. I was lock out of my room for 2 hours because there was maintenance on site. The ladies at the front desk had to pry open the door with a crowbar. Was going to change rooms but the maid service was not there to clean another room. Finally got frustrated and checked out."

"This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, very comfy beds, spacious and i like how it's hidden. The barn door looks nice but you can see the light through the door and is an issue late at night when you see a light turn on because someone has to use the restroom. I also don't really understand why they charge for parking. I have stayed in a few hotels in Houston and this is yhe first one to charge me a parking fee, this place isn't even dowtown or anything like that. I also tried using the printer and it didn’t work. "

"THE ROOM HAD HUGE BLOOD STAINS ON THE PILLOWS FROM PREVIOUS GUEST THEY HAD FLIPPED THE PILLOWS SO WE COULDNT SEE IT SO WE SLEPT ON IT THINKING THAT THEY WAS CLEAN THE NEXT MORNING , WE WOKE UP CUT THE LIGHTS ON AND SAW IT I SHOWED THE STAFF AND THEY DID NOTHING YOU CAN TELL THE BLOOD STAINS HAD BEEN WASHED AND THEY JUS PUT THE PILLOWS BACK ON THE BED "
