Wish we’d stayed longer

Shaun’s place was comfortable and full of character. We appreciated the full kitchen and large bathroom. Shaun sent us a lot of recommendations for places to eat, and we found the area very walkable and charming. We regretted only booking one night here.

Awesome stay!

We had an amazing time in Derry! The property was clean and well-maintained and communication with the owner was prompt and easy. The property's location makes it easy to walk to everywhere you would want to go. The city was amazing and I wish we had been able to stay longer. I recommend this property for anyone who wants to visit Derry. You won't be disappointed!

Family short one-nighter

Wonderful short trip with wonderful host Shaun who gave us great tips for getting around, food etc. the place was immaculate and very spacious for adults and teens. Safe to walk around and convenient for nice restaurants, walking tour, murals, museums nd memorials in Bogside. Wonderful time! Thank you Shaun!

Perfect location

We had the best stay in Windsor House. The location was superb- walking distance into town. Shaun the host was friendly and responded quickly to all requests. 3 bedrooms made it perfect for teenagers to unwind in their own space. We had a lovely breakfast in Gwyn’s cafe in Brooke Park (recommended by Shaun). We will definitely be back!

Nice old building near restaurants and grocery

Nice old building. There wasn’t a ton of parking, but we were able to find one right outside the door. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants and grocery. It was neat to hear the church bells ringing across the street.

Derry

Lovely home in a residential area. Very clean and nicely decorated. Easy access walking to center, restaurants, pubs and stores, taxis and buses. We were able to visit Belfast by train and as far south as Buncranon Donegal by bus. Very easy rail system. I would highly recommend this rental if staying in Derry.

This is a great spot to stay in Derry! We found the house to be very clean and Shaun the host was very thoughtful in the communications and amenities available. We loved being able to walk to the main city sights right out the front door!

Great choice for family and/or extended stay in Derry

We spent five nights here, a welcome respite after 18 days of road tripping. A pleasantly decorated, bright, cheerful space.The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. The washer was a real bonus. Overall, comfortable, excellent location, quiet, private, and great parking.

Back home in Derry

Enjoyed our stay, nice clean home, centrally located, 10 minute walk to city center. The house is next to Brooke Park, great play area for children, friendly neighbors. Super host, checked to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. We will be back next year.

Cozy, Charming Home in the Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint and beautifully decorated home! It was perfectly situated between Edinburgh and Glasgow, making it an ideal base for exploring both cities while enjoying the charm and quiet of a lovely little town.The house itself had everything we could possibly need — from a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful extras like books, games, and entertainment options that made our downtime relaxing and fun. Beautiful central location to the shops and river walks.

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean. Very close to the University. We met friends and family in the Brooks Park just behind the home. The park had a lovely tea house where family little ones played on the play equipment as the grandparents had tea... lovely. Highly recommend.. we will return.

Excellent

Location and facilities were great. It would have been nice to have had a small fan in each bedroom as it was hot in the evening. Also, many tourists like ourselves want to travel light and on extensive tours would like to be able to wash our clothes. Having a clothes washer attracted us to your apartment and we nievely assumed there would also be a dryer. Coming in in the evening and leaving in the morning doesn't leave enough time for clothes to dry on a rack.

Perfect stay!

Windsor Terrace was exactly what we needed. We were there for a wedding, and it was central to every thing (also helped with last minute necessities). We were a group of five, and getting ready on the day was dead easy, plenty of space and bathroom is huge! Parking was right outside, or just around the block, readily available - even with a long-wheel-base van. Shaun the host was most accommodating, and easy to contact if required. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely home in Derry. It's location fitted our needs perfectly as we were within walking distance to restaurants, pubs and shopping, plus the Derry Walls. It was clean, comfortable, and had enough room for the four of us to move around easily. Our Host Shaun was very accommodating, and sent us all the information we needed to navigate his house and Derry. We would stay there again, should we have the chance to spend time in Derry again!
