The customer service is AMAZING, the beds are soooo comfortable, VERY clean, GREAT location the ONLY complaint is that the breakfast is over priced! It was $253 US for 3 people, buffet style and was not worth the price, not many options, quality not great.

Strand Palace Hotel
We paid for a superior king bed, but got two beds shoved together, loosely, that one could fall between. The room shower was hot and fast, rarity nowadays. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options.
